πΎ Back up / Restore
Back up everything saves your roster and all uploaded documents, photos, per-day evidence and contacts into one file. On a phone it opens the Share sheet so you can send it to Drive, Gmail, etc. Restore everything brings it all back on this or a new device β this replaces current data.
How to: Tap Back up everything β choose where to send it, or it saves to Downloads. To bring it back on another device, tap Restore everything and pick that file. Do a fresh backup whenever you add important evidence β it's your only off-device copy.

π App lock
Optionally require a passcode to open the app. This is a privacy deterrent, not bank-grade security β your phone's own screen lock is your main protection. The passcode is stored only as a scrambled hash, never as plain text, and is not included in backups.
π Privacy
This app is fully private. Your roster, flights, diary, contacts and all uploaded documents and photos are stored only on this device β there is no account, no server, and nothing is ever uploaded or shared. The only time the app goes online is the News feed (tap the logo), which loads public union news from meu.org.au through your own site β none of your personal data is ever sent.
Because the data lives only on this device, your backup is your only copy. If you uninstall the app or clear its storage, the data is gone. Back up now and then to be safe.
